Please note that personalized items, which have been specifically fabricated based on your unique specifications, are exempt from returns due to buyer's remorse. We are unable to resell these items, as they are made-to-order.
However, for non-personalized items, we are pleased to offer a simple return process. Clarus Crystal will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to attach to the packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate a full refund promptly.
